Please read these terms before you book. They explain how I work, who provides your travel, and what this website does and doesn’t promise.

Who I am and who provides your travel

Live The Daydreams Travel is run by me, Libby Christoules, as an independent affiliate of Archer Travel Service, Inc., my host agency. I act as an agent for the cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour companies, airlines and other travel suppliers I book. Those suppliers provide the travel itself, and each one’s terms and conditions, including its payment, cancellation and refund policies, apply to your booking. I’ll send or link the supplier’s terms with your booking.

I’m not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of travel suppliers, or for events outside my control, such as weather, strikes, illness, government actions or schedule changes. When something goes wrong, I’ll still do my best to help you sort it out.

Prices, availability and payments

• Prices, availability, itineraries and promotions are subject to change until booked and confirmed by the supplier.
• The options I send show each total price with taxes and fees included, unless I note otherwise.
• Deposits, final payment dates and cancellation penalties are set by each supplier, and I’ll give you those dates when you book.
• Promotions and offers have their own terms, which can include limited availability and blackout dates.

Planning fees

Standard bookings, such as cruises, resort stays, tours and prebuilt packages, carry no planning fee. Custom and multi-stop trips carry a planning fee. Before I start, I’ll tell you the amount, what it covers, when it’s due and whether any part is refundable, in writing.

Travel insurance

I strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. It can help with trip cancellation, medical care away from home, delays and lost bags. I can quote a plan alongside your booking. Whether to buy it is your choice, and declining it means you accept those risks.

Passports, visas and health

Each traveler is responsible for having a valid passport, any required visas or travel authorizations, and meeting health and entry requirements. I’ll share what I know about your destination as guidance, but rules change, so please confirm with official sources such as travel.state.gov and the CDC’s travel health pages.

Information on this website

• Seasons, trip lengths, budget levels and what’s included are general guidance, not quotes. Your proposal has the details for your trip.
• The Travel Matchmaker Tool suggests ideas based on your answers. Its results aren’t quotes, bookings or promises of availability.
• Cruise line, resort and other brand names are trademarks of their owners. I mention them to describe travel options, and their mention doesn’t mean they endorse or sponsor this site.
• Photos are mine or from Unsplash, and show places and experiences in general rather than a specific hotel room or cabin you’ll get.
• Links to other websites are for your convenience. I’m not responsible for their content.

Special requests and accessibility

If you need an accessible room or cabin, have dietary needs or other requests, tell me early. I’ll pass them on and confirm what the supplier can provide, but the supplier makes the final decision.
