Pricing

What it costs you

For most trips, nothing extra. Here’s how I’m paid.

No planning fee

Standard bookings

For cruises, resort stays, tours and prebuilt packages, the cruise line, resort or tour company pays me a commission. There’s no planning fee to you, and you typically pay the same price you’d see booking direct.

Planning fee applies

Custom & multi-stop trips

Trips that combine several destinations or suppliers, or that I build from scratch, take far more planning time, so a planning fee applies. I tell you the amount, what it covers and when it’s due, in writing, before I start any work.

The process

What happens after you reach out

01

Share your idea

Use the contact form, send your Matchmaker Tool results, or text me. Tell me who’s going, roughly when, and what you’re picturing.

02

Hear back within 2 business days

I’ll reply with any questions and let you know up front if your trip has a planning fee.

03

Compare your options

I send options based on real availability, each with its total price, taxes and fees included, so you can compare them side by side.

04

Book and travel

I book and confirm everything with the supplier, and I’m a text away while you travel if plans change.

Staying in touch

How to reach me

Questions people ask

Common questions

Will it cost more to book through you?

Not for standard bookings. Suppliers pay me a commission, so you typically pay the same price as booking direct. Only custom or multi-stop trips carry a planning fee, and you’ll know the amount before I start.

I like planning my own trips. Can you still help?

Yes. Tell me what you’ve found and I can check the details, suggest better options, and book it so you have someone to turn to if something goes wrong.

Who is Archer Travel Service?

Archer Travel Service, Inc. is my host agency. I’m an independent affiliate, and Archer holds the industry accreditations and state seller of travel registrations listed at the bottom of this page.

What if something goes wrong during my trip?

Text me. I’ll work with the cruise line, hotel or tour company to sort it out, or help you figure out next steps.

Do I need travel insurance?

I recommend it for every trip, and I can quote a plan alongside your booking. Whether to buy it is always your choice.

How far ahead should I start?

For holidays, summer travel and the most popular cruises and resorts, start 6 to 12 months ahead for the best choice. Many trips can come together in a few months. Prices are subject to change until booked.
